Online Therapy Sessions
Here at Soul-Therapy-Now we use online therapy video sessions, which is the closest alternative to face to face therapy sessions, without actually sitting in the same room with us.
The process we will follow to analyze your psyche and help you overcome your problems is as follows:
Introductory Phase
Two online sessions, duration 55 minutes each. These two sessions will address:
Initial Assessment
We will discuss the problems you are currently facing, your immediate needs, and any major medical concerns. You will take an abbreviated version of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality test based on Jung’s theories.
Personal History Review
During this time, we will discuss any major medical concerns, as well as events in your history that may affect your therapy. This is also the time to discuss previous attempts with talk therapy, counseling, or psychoanalysis, as well as your expectations for your work with SoulTherapyNow.
Astrological Profile
Our professional astrologers will review your natal chart, and analyze your astrological profile. The focus of the astrological evaluation will be to discover: the real source of your problems, insights into the best approach to dealing with them, your special talents and life’s purpose.
Chakra Activation and Aura Enhancement
This is a holistic process. We will give you a set of breathing and energy exercises for you to do daily. These exercises are meant to strengthen your aura and activate your chakras, as well as fortify your Central Nervous System (CNS) and physical body. In turn, the process prepares your psyche to be explored and developed.
Psychic Development
We will provide you with some very basic exercises to activate and energize your psychic and intuitive abilities.
Procedural Review
We will explain in greater detail the process we will use to help you. Based on Carl Jung’s Analytical Psychology, this process resembles psychoanalysis, only it is more potent, much faster, and extremely effective.
Guided Meditation #1
In this first attempt at guided meditation, you need to get accustomed to the process of steadily regressing to your past, and make contact with your subconscious.
End of Introductory Phase. Now you are ready to have the regular online sessions:
Online Therapy Sessions
Duration: 55 minutes.
We analyze your problem. We discuss your dreams. More emphasis is put on the guided meditations, because with them, you can recall childhood traumas and experience past life regressions. This is how we will find the roots of the problems in your life.
Very often, during these meditations, we will have empathic connections with you and will find telepathic insights to your problems. This will further assist us in guiding you to your solution.
This process will balance your chakras and make you physically, emotionally and mentally strong.
Please note:
The duration of the online therapy sessions is flexible. It is very important to us that when we finish, you will have a clear understanding of the issue. We will stay in the guided meditation as long as this is beneficial to you, even if this results in delaying or postponing somebody else’s session.
