1) Is Soul Therapy Now for me?
We can help you, if you want to help yourself.
Most people have the potential to succeed in Soul Therapy, but potential alone is not enough. You also need to put your best effort.
Even the best coach cannot turn an athlete into a champion, unless the athlete really wants his help. The coach can only show him the right exercises, the right nutrition, the right technique. Then it is up to the athlete to put forth the effort necessary to succeed.
Some of the qualities required in order to stay on the course of self-improvement and to ultimately achieve total wellness are:
- To be honest with yourself.
- To have the desire to become responsible for yourself.
- To be disciplined enough to do the exercises involved.
- To be brave enough to face the truth of your unconscious.
If you are looking for the easy way out of your problems, for a magic pill, this may not be for you. We would like to take this opportunity to encourage you to think over your decision to try Soul Therapy before you sign up.
There are plenty of people who honestly need our help, and plenty of people who will be happy to take your money, for false information and ineffective drugs. We are not among that group. If you are willing to try something different, however, then we are here to help you.
2) How do I know I need therapy?
Carl Jung said that individuation is not only for those who suffer, it is for everybody. It is people’s psychological goal. But the more people suffer, the more urgent their need is for it.
If you have been suffering and you have found this site, chances are your inner self has been searching for us. We can help.
According to the Surgeon General's Report on Mental Health, at least one in five people has a diagnosable mental disorder during the course of a year.
3) Is online therapy as effective as face to face therapy?
Online therapy video sessions is the closest alternative to face to face therapy sessions, without actually sitting in the same room with us. We can still sense your voice tone, facial cues and a big part of your body language, all of which are very important in the communication process.
We find e-mail therapy and chat therapy much less effective, therefore we do not use them. They help in diagnosing the problem or doing some Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). But they are useless in bringing the deep changes in your life we are aiming for.
One of our tools is guided meditations and they proved to be extremely effective during online video sessions. Guided meditations are impossible through e-mail or chat therapy.
The best answer to the above question was given by one of our clients: "In just three sessions with you (SoulTherapyNow) I’ve had better results than in five years of regular psychotherapy".
4) I am in therapy now. Should I discontinue it before starting with SoulTherapyNow?
No! There is no need for hasty actions. You can start with us, have a few sessions, experience your first successes. Then you can evaluate the situation. It will be very clear to see where your time, money and efforts are best invested.
5) Do you diagnose?
We don't do medical diagnosis. We diagnose on a psychic level what problems need to be solved and how to best help you. This is the main reason why we make your astrological chart. In some cases we may do a homeopathic diagnosis.
6) Do you offer advice?
Our goal is not to give advice. Our goal is to help you explore yourself. You will learn how to tap your inner power and wisdom. Then you can find all the answers for yourself.
If you specifically ask us, we will give you our opinion based on our experience and expertise. You are free to take it and do as you please.
7) Do you prescribe medications?
We do not prescribe nor recommend allopathic (ie conventional) medications. In some cases our homeopathic doctor may prescribe homeopathic medicines.
8) Don’t you become depressed by listening to people’s problems?
No. We are not here to endlessly talk about the same problems. When people are serious about their therapy, their problems start to disappear and their health improves fast. This is a joyful process; we are very pleased with this.
It is very disappointing though when some people do not put the necessary effort. They say they want to cure themselves, but in reality they have become comfortable with their own suffering. In these cases, we try to explain the situation as best as we can and then discontinue the relationship with the client. Please see Is Soul Therapy Now for me?
9) How long will it last?
We will give you the tools and show you the way to individuation and self-healing. We prefer to stay with you until you see solid results and feel confident enough to continue by yourself. Some clients take 15-20 sessions the first two months, become familiar with the method and then practice it themselves, while taking just 1-3 sessions per month. Others prefer to stay with us longer.
If you are serious about solving your problems, it may take 1-3 years to solve your deepest childhood traumas and achieve health and wellness. During this time, you can expect your life to gradually improve.
Please note that the road to individuation does not stop here. If you wish to continue, you will need to study and try hard. You will not need sessions with us any more. You are going to be strong and experienced enough to use the tools we gave you.
10) Do you take insurance? How much does it cost?
We do not take insurance. Click here for our fees.

12) I am in crisis right now, I feel suicidal. What can I do?
If you live in USA, pick up the phone right now and dial 1-800-SUICIDE or 1-800-273-TALK (8255). In other countries, look in your phone book for a mental health hotline.
A worldwide directory of suicide helplines is located here: http://www.befrienders.org/

13) Do you use CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)?
No, we don't use CBT.
In several cases CBT can have fast results, but they do not last long (typically less than two years). This happens because CBT tries to cure the symptoms, without examining the real cause of the problems, which is the childhood traumas. Most of our clients have tried CBT with poor results in the past.
At Soul Therapy Now, we go directly to the root of the problem (childhood traumas). After we find it and cure it, we may proceed to Behavioral Therapy (BT, not CBT), when a behavior change is needed.
